Its time to begin thinking about getting those clubs warmed up for the Acton Lions Club’s
Seventeenth Annual Memorial Golf Tournament.
The Tournament will be held on Monday, August 31st, at Acton’s beautiful Quail Ridge Country Club near junction of Routes 27 and 119/2A as it was last year. The fun begins with
A shotgun start at 11:00AM.
Following the Tournament, a cocktail hour will be held at Quail Ridge followed by a banquet at Scupper Jack’s restaurant, just a short distance north on Route 119/2A.
The entry fee remains at just $100.00 per person and will be limited to first 144 players. The fee includes a golf cart, banquet and prizes. There will also be a series of great raffles. Entrants may sign up as individual players or assemble their own foursome and enter as a team. Although the deadline for paid entry is August 24th, it is suggested that you register early, as this event has been very popular and has sold out early in past years.
Corporate or individual sponsorships of tees or holes are available for just $100.00 each, and of course donations are always welcome.

Proceeds from the Tournament will go toward our annual AB Scholarships, Eye Research and other programs supported by the Acton Lions. Please make all checks payable to the “Acton Lions Club”.
